ENDOWMENT DIRECTOR


        Orange County's largest museum, The Bowers Museum of Cultural Art
is seeking an experienced fundraising professional with a demonstrated
ability to identify, research, and solicit major gifts.  Thorough
knowledge of planned giving critical.  Excellent organization and
communication skills are essential.  Must be highly motivated, work
independently and in concert with the Museum's President and Board, and
relate effectively with a wide range of corporate, foundation, and
individual prospects and donors.  Salary and benefits are competitive.
