Dear List:

I wanted to alert those of you going to AAM 2000 in Baltimore next month
that the NAME-sponsored session entitled "Designing the Traveling
Exhibition" has been rescheduled to make way for the meeting of the
Traveling Exhibition Professional Interest Group breakfast. The
Traveling Exhibition Professional Interest Group is co-sponsoring this
important discussion, and all of us involved in presenting the session
agreed that it would be unfortunate to hold both events at the same time.
As a consequence we have rescheduled our session. The new time for
"Designing the Traveling Exhibition" is Wednesday, May 17, at 7:30 AM.

Michelle Torres-Carmona of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling
Exhibition Service, Christina Harrison of the Jack S. Blanton Museum of
Art, and Don Luce from the Bell Museum of Natural History will be joining
me to make presentations at the session, and we all look forward to
seeing you there!
