The Tioga County Historical Society is seeking a full-time Executive
Director. Located in Owego, NY, the Societyıs mission is to preserve and
interpret the history of Tioga County, NY. The Executive Director will work
with the Board of Trustees implementing the strategic plan, managing a staff
of five, overseeing the planning of exhibitions and programs, developing the
societyıs budget and endowment funds, and managing the facilities. The
successful candidate will be a consensus builder with a demonstrated ability
to foster partnerships and positively represent the museum to visitors and
the community. Energetic visionaries are encouraged to apply. Salary $30,000
plus health benefits. Qualifications: Bachelorıs Degree and relevant
experience required. Must be technologically proficient. Send resume, three
