This topic is very interesting because we are constantly discussing
admissions numbers here at the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum. Not
only because of the number of people who visit the museum, but what that
means in revenue and word of mouth advertising. We are also seeing a fall
in attendance in the last couple of years but have seen an increase in store
revenue which has off set this loss of admission income. Since a large
percentage of our annual budget comes from admissions and store revenues we
are constantly concerned about the fiduciary impact of dropping attendance.

So if I may ask, for institutions that have gone free of charge or lowered
their admissions rates, what percentage of your annual budget did you have
to make up from the loss of admissions revenue and how did your museum cover
those lost revenues? Have institutions that switched to free admissions
continued to be as financially stable as they previously were?

If someone does a study, might I suggest that this information be a portion
of it.
Thanks
