I am wondering if anyone has any information regarding the relationships
between ethnomusicology/musical instruments of the world and the museum
community; - Are museums involved with the reproduction of valuable old
instruments? Who is likely to use or be allowed to play these instruments
or the reproductions of them? I am curious about the relationship of
college ethnomusicology programs with museums also. If anyone is informed
on this topic, I would love to see postings on any related information.

Thanks!
Molly Burns
