My name is Reagan Furrow - I am a graduate student pursuing a MA in Museum
Studies at The George Washington University. For one of my courses, I am
examining the Museum Assessment Program (MAP) administered by AAM, and as
part of the project I would like to have feedback from participants of the
program. I am sending this e-mail as an informal request for information.
I would like to know why this program was chosen by the museum, feelings
about the process, and any results of the process. All comments will be
kept confidential and used solely as a a source of background information
to aid in my analysis of the program. Any information would be helpful! If
anyone is interested in sharing his/her feelings about the program, please
