I tried using ASANA, which is free and I really liked it, my biggest problem was getting other staff members to look at it and use it, hence the reason why we don't us it anymore; or any project management software.  Just something to think about when selecting and using a program with a group of people.  Best of luck.  --Shannon Lindridge
