I don't know if they are still in business, but you might try Museum Quality Restorations P.O. Box 402, Palmyra, NY 08065 (608)-829-4615. The contact info is older so I don't know if it is still correct, but the business deals in reproduction glass shades for gaseliers, and other historic light fixtures. Worth a look I think.
