From you list, one theory - Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences has
bee directly applied to museum education - through Harvard University's
Project MUSE (Museums Uniting with Schools in Education).  They have
produced two publications, based on extensive research.
You may also want to look at EdCOM's new publication:  Museums: Places of
Learning, written by George E Hein and Mary Alexander.  It is available
through the AAM Bookstore.
