we have a general policy,
 one paper, one pencil  must wear gloves!

no bags no back packs no jackets no hats no envelopes. Sensitive  documents
are brought to them for examination and carefully checked before allowing
patrons to leave.

They are permitted to bring in a cd  to be burned or floppies though. have
digital copy camera set up!

Patrons not wishing to comply are reminded that democracy only exists on the
other side of the front sidewalk!
