I would also store the beads or other loose pieces with the original artifact if 
at all possible. Then I'm sure to note in the catalog record that there are loose 
pieces.  If the garment is on a hanger I would attach the bag to hanger 
portion by a piece of string from a tag. I like the polyethylene zipper bags sold 
by University Products.
