Our institutional cat, Herbie (named after you-know-who) is in his 19th
year and is on his last shaky legs. We've sometimes joked about stuffing
him after he's gone since he's more popular than some of our exhibits.
He'd be less recognizable and fluffy as a mummy, but . . .

Does anyone else have a museum cat? This little guy greets people at
the front door and has gotten us publicity from coast to coast (print and
tv) and is on a website about Library cats (www.ironfrog.com) He even
has his own account for the money people send for his food and vet bills
(he's a very well-cared for cat). Think of the press we'd get if we
mummified him!

Chris.

Might it be considered in taste taste for me to offer my pet Sooty The Mad
Cat as live but highly suitable for mummification?
