I just wanted to let everyone who replied to my vacuum question a while
back know that Nilfisk sent me an "old" model motor and variable speed
controller and that fixed my suction problem. We now have proper low
suction to work on textile, etc.

I would still encourage everyone to call Nilfisk (800-645-3475 x2) and
tell them that they need to revert to their old museum quality vacuum as
it is truly appropriate, while the new model is way to powerful. If
enough of us do this hopefully they will see the "error in their ways."

Thanks for all the help!

Sincerely,

Mandy Langfald
