The body of the mannequin separates in two at the hip, the legs split apart via a zipper fitting, and the arms detach at the shoulders. The hands are not removable - they are a continuous part of the arms.  The mannequin is secured upright and to the base by a bum rod and flanges. The rod is set just to PL of center in the bum, and secured in place by a set screw located about 2” above where the rod is inset into the body. The set screw is a bolt with thumb screw type head. At the base end the rod is secured in place near the top end of the flange with a small slotted head set screw.
