This immersion course develops your ability to analyze the situation and context, and plan and lead change initiatives. You strengthen your capacity to:

        * (re)define institutional goals and priorities
        * adapt the organizational structure to meet emerging needs
        * anticipate and analyze change factors
        * recognize and develop your personal leadership style and skills
        * utilize a range of planning tools to identify and implement change
        * build team and leadership skills throughout the organization
        * analyse and manage risk and conflict
        * integrate continuous change management strategies

The critical role of community relationships and organizational mission are stressed throughout the course.
