hmm...this variety of needs/approaches to
problem-solving is why a website devoted to
exhibition planning would be perfect:
websites can deliver customized information
according to users' needs. [scenario: you get
to the site and select a few "traits" that
apply to you, then click to access info that
the website delivers based on those traits...
or you simply follow a yes/no flow chart]

This model would allow for multiple/alternate
solutions contributed from all over (allowing
good-but-idiosyncratic ideas to be worked into
the generically-good-idea pool) and it will
always be current with the latest trends...

would be great if someone got this going,
or found one up and running...
