The Creative Workshop of the Memorial Art Gallery would like feedback from
other museums that offer in-museum classroom instruction for adults and/or
children, and use software to handle details of class
scheduling/registration/payment processing, etc.

What software system do you use?
Who is it produced by?
Is it MAC or Windows based?
Is it client-server?
Does it have the capability to take registration information and payments
over the web?
What features does it have that you like?
What do you wish it did that it doesn't?
How is service/support from the company?

Please email me directly, not to the list.
