I didn't have this exact problem, but I ran afoul of computerized censoring
when I tried to post a notice about our annual National Convention and Old
Equipment Exposition on a community events website. I mentioned that the
show will feature scrapers, a type of earthmoving equipment, and because
someone had set the website to filter out the word "cr-p", my posting was
rejected. An e-mail to the site administrator resolved the problem.

Best wishes,

Subject: rating internet sites

I'm curious if anyone on this list has experienced having your museum's web
site not load onto particular computers (such as school district computers)
due to settings in browsers (Explorer/Netscape) like "no nudity." If you've
encountered this, how have you dealt with the problem? Have you given your
site a rating through ratings bureaus like ICRA (Internet Content Rating
Association) or by some other means?

Any advice most appreciated. Thanks.

Laura
