It is with a heavy heart that I report that Mandy Murphy -- dedicated
     adminstator of the National Park Service NAGPRA grant program and
     developer of the new Native American Consultation Database -- will be
     leaving the Archeology & Ethnography Program in mid-May to become a
     registrar at the National Zoo. Those wishing to pass on their thanks
