Blair, last year, the Village Voice ran some articles on the teaching artists for Studio, the NY "Studio in a School" program ... including mention of one Jimmy James Greene teaching at P.S. 108, Spanish Harlem for the last seven years. Perhaps this is the artist you seek?

No doubt a call to Studio may help you confirm. Their executive offices are 212-765-5900, program offices are 212-459-1455. website at www.studioinaschool.org
