To Our Canadian Friends:

Please do not think that Mr. Burchard's sentiments speak for all of us
"yanks."  You have to realize that time spent trapped behind the Beltway
really does have a tremendous effect on one's perceptions.  After all,
intelligence gathering in the states is questionable at best--maybe the
Smithsonian ought to fire up its double-secret surveillance apparatus.

Just a thought.
