Please reply on list too, to this request for evidence of Web sites generating
extra income for museums.

Also, does anyone have indicators (quant or qual) that other communications
initiatives generate income, small or large?  For example--  rack cards, brochures,
member magazines/newsletters, automated telephone information menus, course
catalogs, museum floor maps, annual reports, internal signage promoting the gift
shop, etc.?
