Hello all,

Does anyone have a protocol for dropping a life
trustee from the Board listing after his/her death?

We publish a list of trustees and life trustees in
every newsletter and catalog, and they are also listed
on our letterhead. One of our founding members
recently passed away and we're doing a large article
on him in this edition of our newsletter.

We're thinking it would be best to leave him listed
this time, but take him off the list when the next
publication comes out in a month or so.

What's the correct protocol?

Thanks,

Megan Balderston
