I have been offering a single course in "Museum Education" as an elective
in the MEd program here at the College of Ed at University of Massachusetts
Lowell that focuses directly on informal museum education. Very successful,
though not high enrollments. We are not planning to offer a Masters in
museum ed because of resource limitations right now within higher ed here
in Mass. However, I am putting together a certificate program within the
MEd in Curriculum & Instruction.
