We are a university fine arts museum with a membership base under 5,000.
We have always renewed our members according to their anniversary dates,
which means we are nearly always in a renewal cycle. We are exploring a
transition to a once-yearly renewal cycle. Is there anyone who can share
their experience of the benefits and drawbacks of a yearly cycle, as well
as the transition from monthly/bimonthly to yearly?

Please direct responses to: [log in to unmask]
