1 Volumes of databases. Format and resolution of stored pictures. The main
  searching tasks. Technology of restoration support.
2 Hardware (servers, LANs, devices for input/output of large-sized pictures).
3 Software (OS, DBMS, software for processing of pictures, specific software
  for restoration support).
4 Functional scheme of subsisyems interaction and its technical
  implementation. Organization of administation, maintenance and archiving
  of databases and support of restoration.

task: what to begin with and in what direction to follow in creating,
