Operations Manager
For our Internationally renowned art appraisal firm client we are
currently seeking an Operations Manager.  The successful candidate will
oversee all administrative functions of the firm's New York City office,
including bookkeeping, computer systems, staff management, office
development, insurance, human resources issues and payroll.   The
Operations Manager will also produce monthly reports to the President of
the firm on project schedules, financial transactions and staff hours
and performance.  The ability to work independently and excellent
organizational, communications and team management skills are essential.
Proficiency in Windows-based computers and software, including
Quickbooks, required.  Demonstration of highest possible professional
and ethical standards a must.  Some general knowledge of art and art
markets a plus.  Salary to 55 K plus benefits.  Send resume, cover
