grant writing, fund raising, long-range planning, exhibits, programs,
policies, and budgets for the two facilities, while inspiring staff and
institutional growth.
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of museum management
experience with a proven record of fund raising, staff supervision, and
public relations success. S/he will have excellent administrative skills,
and the ability to develop and sustain positive, productive relationships
with individuals, governing bodies, constituents, and other agencies.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience; excellent benefits.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Museum Studies or related field
preferred; prior successful non-profit leadership and proven fund raising
ability required.
