Colleagues,
We are in the mist of planning a new addition to our museum.  This includes 40,000
square feet of new exhibition space. In addition to a new wing, the existing building will
be gutted and refurbished / re- outfitted.
My question to the group (or part of it) is - Does anyone have or know of a RFP or RFQ
for exhibition design and fabrication firms? Is it available? I've been hearing about the
NAME RFP Cookbook but I guess it is not ready yet. I'm trying to benefit from others'
experience and not re- inventing the wheel. Any advice would be appreciated.
I am also interested in learning about others' experience with "west coast" design and
fabrication firms. Both good and bad experiences.
