Can someone please explain to me what is the pourpose of such exhibition,
what
is it that you want to be said, or known about human skin, what is the
context
of the exhibition? I am really intrigued!

There is an 1100-page book called "The Ecology of the Human Skin" by a Dr
Mary Marples.  Have a look. It's amazing.
