By all means do not throw any old records away. Some of them, such as Deeds
of Gift, Bills of Sale, Receipts, are important legal documents with
original signatures and cannot be replaced by computer records.  Not to
mention the fact that it would take forever and a day to enter all the
information that is in your files into the database.  It takes long enough
to enter basic catalogue information.
