Boy, those kits linked to the history of local communities sounds like a
wonderful idea.  I passed that along to the education division and the
community education representative, with aquatic/Chicago area
suggestions.
Perhaps
*       a Lake Michigan kit focussing on the Edgewater neighborhood,
*       one on the beautiful lagoons in the Chicago Park District with a
special emphasis on the Humboldt Park community that adjoins one of
them,
*       a Chicago fossil kit with special items regarding the
communities adjoining the quarries that mine those reefs,
and so on.
