Curatorial Assistant
Hershey Museum seeks a part-time curatorial assistant to work 20 hours per 
week.  Duties to include inventory justification; processing new acquisitions, 
assist with deaccessions and loans; support curatorial staff in preparation for 
move to a new facility in 2008; assist with collections move coordination; 
assist with exhibit and general building maintenance as required; assist with 
research inquiries and photographic requests.

Requirements:
BA in history or related field
Some museum experience preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds and climb ladders up to 10 feet
Valid drivers’ license
Ability to function in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of PastPerfect collections management software a plus
