Museum Move Technician, GS-1016-5/7, Term appointment NTE 2 years

The Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) seeks persons with experience in either Conservation, Collections Management, Packing, or Registration/Data.  Teams of technicians will clean, track, image and pack collections.  Some crossover between disciplines is likely.

These federal positions are located at the National Museum of the American Indian, Research Branch, Office of Cultural Resources in Bronx, NY and supports the move of  804,000 objects to Suitland, Maryland.
