I don't share the concern that the word "museum" applied to giant ducks, Lucy
the Margate Elephant (anyone know her?) or even creationist museum somehow
tarnish our intellectual or moral luster.

Theodore Sturgeon, the great science fiction writer, was once asked why 95%
of all science fiction was crap. He replied that 95% of everything was crap,
why expect more from science fiction? By these standards, museums are well
ahead of the game.
