I designed a Deed of Gift form for local history museums, and was
negotiating with the NSW arts law group.  The form was never finalised due
to delays by the group, however, the skeleton is here and I could fax it to
you.  My idea was to make it simple, one-page and easy to read whilst
covering all of the legal wording necessary to transfer legal title over.
