When read out of context, yes.

The MFA-B has been setting phenomenal attendance records, holding over such
shows as fashion photographer Herb Ritts, and animated cartoons Wallace and
Grommit.

Perhaps it is a few centuries early to determine the extent to which these
conform to "fine" art. Temporal popularity is easily measured. Eternal
quality is a more difficult judgment.
