Cool your jets.  It's obviously from someone who doesn't have a good grasp
of English.  I see these periodically.  A month ago I answered one from
Russia.  Please be patient and hope that someone with a facility for
Mideast languages (Hebrew or Yiddish) will respond and help the person with
their query.
