This is part of an address string that often has problems.  Pay no
attention to the message.  Just hope that someone in Ontario is watching
over this server and will get the problem fixed.  The bounced messages to
museum-l were a result of this address.  I had the same problem with this
address on nagpra-l and had to unsubscribe the person until things were
fixed.
