Hi everyone. I'm thinking about putting together a proposal for an AAM
session on coping with unusual (aka difficult) collections and am looking
for potential panelists.

The audience would be generalists with diverse collections that they don't
always know how to handle. I envision this as addressing issues like:

1. Preservation and storage of medical specimens
2. Preservation and storage of natural history specimens
3. Coping with and disposing of hazardous materials from the collection

These are obviously just a few ideas. Other issues are welcome.

Let me know if you (or someone you know) might be interested in
participating (or attending). I can be reached off-list at

Thanks!
