Hi There - 



I am hoping you all can help me with some ideas.  I am looking for a non-profit cultural institution that has started and employee resource group around Diversity and Inclusion.  We are looking to start one here where I work and I would love to get some feedback from you all on the pit falls and success of the group like this.



I have looked at a lot of for profit companies that are doing this but I want to see what its been like for a non-profit.  Please feel free to email me offline if you like.  Any help at all would be most appreciated.
