OK, you win the Chenhall. It will be sent to you as soon as I can flag down
Rasta Dredlocke, the Caribbean Mail Pelican. Rasta only accepts packages
with Turks and Caicos Islands 1/4 cent stamps, so there may be quite a few
stamps on the package, provided I can find enough stamps. Expect the book
in a few years. Ah, Caribbean-Time Air Mail!
