You might want to check with a guide dog training organization to see if
they have any policies about how and where guide dogs should be trained,
what are appropriate venues and such. You would be able to craft policy for
the museum from those guidelines. You also may want to send your policies
to the state organization for future reference. Information is available on
the web or check with the animal shelter or a local vet to find your state
