The Star-Spangled Banner Flag House and 1812 Museum are technically owned
by the City of Baltimore. The City purchased the historic house and
surrounding property in 1927 and gave it to the Star-Spangled Banner Flag
House Association to operate. They pay for maintenence of the house, such
as heating, electricity and repairs, but our non-profit organization pays
for the other bills.

I hope this helps.
