Salary/ Benefits: Annual salary range $37,000 to $51, 600 (pay grade 33) + benefits
Starting Date/Duration: Taking applications until September 21, 2004.  Permanent.
Qualifications: The minimum qualifications for this position require a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with major course work in natural history or a closely related field, plus two years of professional level experience in a museum setting; OR  an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Duties: Care for the museum’s collection of flora, fauna, mineral, and paleontology specimens.  Assist in guiding the creation of Nevada natural history exhibits.  Create and implement natural history educational programming.  Assist in the creation of Nevada natural history exhibits in a museum that is being designed and built.
