I think Anne makes a good suggestion.  I have gone through university 
business, non-profit management and public administration departments when 
looking for development and marketing interns with great success.  Usually, 
professors in these programs are eager to find internships for their 
students, especially their undergraduate students.  Also, if not an 
internship, try working with a local college's business department to create 
class projects that can be done during the academic year and will benefit 
the students and your organization.
