I apologize for posting this to the entire list, but I wanted to get a
message through to the listowner (whose address I do not have to hand)
and I'm not sure I'll have much time to do this:
 
When I opened my Internet accoun just now, I found a message that the
Bitnet gateway would be closed as of today.  No explanation, just that
it was closed.  I would imagine that this would mean that I will no
longer have access to MUSEUM-L and that I will become a source of
"undeliverable mail" messages.  I can't imagine being without MUSEUM-L!
To the listowner/moderator: please, please e-mail me
([log in to unmask]) and tell me if there's anything to be done--and
if I'm causing problems, I'll unsubscribe.  I just can't tell whether or
not I am.
 
I hope that this gets through; I don't really understand what's happening.
