Julia got it right.  The only things I would add are:

"At will" employment is the law in 49 of the 50 states (Wyoming, I believe,
or maybe Montana, is the sole exception)

The laws as to what you can legally state in an ad probably vary from state
to state -- which should make things interesting in this Internet world of
ours.
