Did I just read this? in 2003?  A mother feeding a baby is a bit different
than a 13 year old with a bottle of Mountain Dew.  It's not like she's going
to squeeze her breast and squirt milk at a painting.  And actually it's a
breast, not breast feeding, that is technically a food source.  I'm sure you
don't intend to ban those?
