Not knowing the contents of your exhibit, I'm going to brashly make
suggestions that probably won't make sense in the context of your project.

It seems like there's more effective ways to keep the exhibit current.
Let's start with the most expensive: Can you afford a staff person or a
well-trained volunteer to circulate in the exhibit? What about a computer
(maybe not connected, but with the web pages loaded into memory)? What
about a handout with current information? Do you have a library available
to visitors?
